The New Britain zoning subcommittee held a special meeting on April 14 to hear two certificate-of-location applications for automotive businesses and to receive a briefing from the planning department on forthcoming state-driven zoning changes under Public Act 25-1 that will affect local review of small multiunit housing and parking rules.
