London Bay presented a proposed redevelopment of the Outrigger site on Estero Boulevard — a mixed-use project with 196 lodging/residential units, 46,000 sq ft of commercial space and a new public linear park — and the Local Planning Agency heard hours of testimony for and against before continuing all planning items to May 8 for further review.
