Alamosa City Council held a work session to discuss two main items: a possible lease of a city-owned parcel southeast of town to relocate the Gingerbread Child Care with support from Adams State University, and a package of land-use code updates covering landscaping, compliance with a new state nonfunctional-turf law, sign/merchandise rules and other housekeeping changes.
