Saint Charles County Council met April 13, 2026. The council recognized a Boys & Girls Club awardee, held a public hearing on a conditional use permit for a private riding stable at 1872 Schneier Road, heard multiple public commenters on topics including an ICE agreement and airport complaints, passed several ordinances, and introduced additional bills including a drone partnership MOA and zoning proposals.
