A Laramie City Council work session reviewed a proposed $95 million special-purpose excise tax ballot that officials say would raise roughly $9.1 million annually to fund public-safety facilities, streets and drainage, airport pavement, ADA improvements, the rec center and other capital projects; the election is set for 05/05/2026 with five polling sites.
