At its April 15, 2026 weekly meeting, the Public Utilities Commission handled multiple regulatory dockets including a variance petition from the City of Longmont on rail crossing closures, an exceptions/remand order in an Alpenglow transport CPCN case, a one-year fee variance for Drivers Cooperative Colorado, near-term procurement (NTP) resource decisions, and extensive deliberations and directives on Public Service Company of Colorado's 2025'2030 Gas Infrastructure Plan (GIP).
