At the March meeting of the Bristol City Schools board, district leaders and teachers presented an "Opportunity Culture" staffing pilot at Tennessee Middle School that they said is producing measurable gains; the board also approved several routine consent and new-business items including a tutoring grant, contracts, summer-school proposals, an HVAC replacement RFP and an architectural fee proposal for 515 Melrose Street.
