The presiding council president (speaker 2) called the meeting to order, led the pledge and asked the clerk (speaker 4) to read roll call. Several council members and the mayor were recorded present.
Lansdale Borough Council held its March 18, 2026 meeting. Council received a clean audit report for 2023, held a public hearing on a proposed small-parcel TOD (1180 Church Road) that drew extensive public comment urging mixed-use protections and directed staff to revise the draft ordinance, and authorized a conditional FEMA map amendment for a West 5th Street development. Several routine resolutions (treasurer's report, fees, lead-awareness resolution, special events, and parking ordinances) were also adopted or tabled.
