At its April 15, 2026 meeting the City of Delray Beach Historic Preservation Board reviewed nominations and selected winners for the 2026 Historic Preservation Board Awards across residential, commercial and individually designated categories. Notable winners included 108 Northwest 4th Avenue, 503 Northeast 2nd Avenue, 209 Northeast 5th Street, 403 North Swinton Avenue, 98 Northwest 5th Avenue, and co-winners Sandaway House (142 S. Ocean Blvd.) and the Colony Hotel (525 E. Atlantic Ave.).
