The Spanish Fort Planning Commission met for a regular session to consider three agenda items: a request to table the Longleaf Subdivision site-plan application, a postponement of the Spanish Fort Mark C store site plan while applicants address comments, and a regulation review (ordinance amendment to allow limited golf-cart sales and one outside display) which the commission recommended to the city council.
