The Edmond City Council met April 13, 2026. The meeting opened with student winners of the mayor’s essay contest and a proclamation for National Public Safety Telecommunicator Week, heard a lengthy citizen complaint alleging use of force by an Edmond officer, and approved multiple budget amendments, grants, easements, bids and resolutions including participation in opioid-litigation settlements and removing a charter freeholder requirement.
