Hermantown City Council held a routine meeting that included pre-agenda updates on a road-assessment objection process and an Essential Wellness Center expansion, approved a consent agenda and several resolutions for park work, a county crack-sealing cooperative agreement and a wage increase for the city administrator, then recessed.
