The Hawaii House Committee on Education (joint with Higher Education for later items) held a hearing and decision-making session on April 16 in Room 309, taking testimony and moving multiple Senate concurrent resolutions (SCRs) on topics including menstrual health education, recognition of competitive cheerleading under Title IX, a financial literacy graduation requirement, Hawaiian immersion school access, charter-school supports, school bell schedules and several audits and contracting measures.
