Soledad City Council held a regular meeting that included adoption of a Vision Zero action plan, council support for a parcel tax (Measure A) to shore up fire and emergency services funding, and authorization to pursue purchase of a 4-acre parcel (Parcel B) for affordable housing; several proclamations and public comments on street safety were also heard.
