Bath Borough Council on Jan. 5, 2026, held its reorganizational meeting where members were sworn in, council approved routine appointments and contract actions, tabled an ordinance to make Elm Street one-way after resident opposition, and authorized the borough manager to co-sign a Pennvest loan application for stormwater projects up to $1 million.
