The Springdale Planning Commission met May 15 to consider four public hearings: a proposed amendment to village commercial landscaping requirements (ordinance 2026-08) including an applicant request for an administrative tolerance; a zone-map amendment to apply the workforce housing overlay zone at 120 Kennesawba Drive; two code amendments addressing maintenance/repair and redevelopment of nonconforming/noncomplying buildings; all four items received unanimous recommendations to the town council.
