The Green Bay Parks Committee met April 15 to consider several park items including a trial $7 premier parking proposal at Bay Beach Amusement Park, naming rights for a new train depot funded by a primary donor, a utility easement request from Wisconsin Public Service for Beaver Dam Park, and the annual resolution supporting World Migratory Bird Day. Committee votes approved the naming-rights request, the easement and the bird-day resolution; the parking proposal was discussed at length as a one-year trial and will move as a recommendation to the full common council for final approval.
