The Water Sector Commission met April 16, 2026, approved a series of time-extension and scope-change requests for local water projects, approved a $5,446,000 additional award request for the Tensaw Water Distribution Association (subject to JLCB review), adopted revised ARPA payment/closeout guidelines to prioritize payment to projects with substantial construction progress, and declined a special $10 million advance request from AME City. Multiple routine approvals and one extension for West Baton Rouge Parish were also adopted.
