Kasson City Council reopened its meeting, voted to move forward with an acquisition of People Electric Cooperative service territory in the South Fork/Windsor Court area, and authorized staff to pursue a possible PFAS-related claim with outside counsel that would pay for baseline water testing in exchange for a contingency fee. Council also heard staff updates on state/federal solar grants, budget projections and a well maintenance issue.
