At its Oct. 2, 2025 meeting the Sayreville Zoning Board approved a minor subdivision and D1 use-variance for 2515 Lestock Properties (Johnson Lane), allowing three residential lots to be created from an underutilized mixed commercial/residential parcel with conditions including a 12-foot side-yard condition on the middle lot and compliance with planning and engineering letters.
