Garden City Council held a lengthy public hearing and deliberation on proposed changes to the city's appeals and reconsideration procedures for planning decisions (ordinance 1051-26), heard public comments on neighborhood meeting notice and standing, continued the hearing to May 11 for further staff revisions, approved a rezoning at 4902 Chinden Boulevard, and adopted several administrative resolutions including a town-hall policy and an ITD MOA.
