At its April 14, 2026 meeting the Wellington Board of Trustees heard staff presentations and public comment on a proposed ordinance clarifying how recent capital investment fee increases apply to developments already in the pipeline, then tabled that ordinance for further review. The board approved a construction contract for the Cleveland Avenue improvements project and heard routine reports and board remarks.
