The Santa Barbara Ordinances Committee reviewed a proposed short‑term rental (STR) ordinance — covering coastal and inland zoning, parking, licensing, enforcement and platform responsibilities — heard extensive public comment for and against the draft, and voted to continue the item to the committee’s next meeting.
