The Cornwall Central School District presented a three-part capital project bond for voters on May 19 that would invest more than $80 million across repairs, classroom additions and athletic upgrades. Proposition 1 (nearly $45 million) is tax-neutral; Propositions 2 and 3 depend on prior approvals and would raise local taxes if approved.
