The South Bend Community School Corp. held a policy work session to review state-mandated and Neola-recommended policy updates, including a new superintendent evaluation framework, administrator employment definitions, a school performance dashboard, electronic-signature authority, budget and information-security updates, and grievance procedures for athletics.
