Morrow County Board of Commissioners held a regular business meeting that included public comment about a commercial access easement, department reports, multiple contract approvals and a tabled engineering contract, discussion of a proposed 500 kV Pacificorp transmission line and whether to request Oregon Department of Energy assistance, and second readings/adoptions of two ordinances and several resolutions and intergovernmental agreements.
