Chair (S1) called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m., led a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance, and welcomed attendees. Meeting livestream and public-comment rules were announced.
At the Cibolo Economic Development Corporation meeting, directors approved membership for three subcommittees (historic preservation for the Red Ball Cafe, a consolidated small-business grant review committee, and a CDC public-art branding committee), tabled a proposal to use EDC funds for planning overtime, and discussed FY27 budget priorities and a memorandum of understanding to move staff salaries into the EDC fund. The board convened an executive session to consult with counsel on four confidential projects and reconvened with direction to staff.
