The Village of Maywood Board of Trustees on Dec. 18, 2018 approved a redevelopment agreement for property at the northwest corner of 1st Avenue and Lake Street, passed a 4% tax levy after earlier failed motions, approved multiple large payments and TIF surplus transfers for a regional 911 center, and accepted Foreign Fire Insurance funds and training payments for rookie firefighters.
