The Euclid Architecture Review Board reviewed multiple residential designs for the Monterey Heights subdivision, approved several single-family home designs with conditions on side fenestration and materials, approved a front-porch replacement, approved a one-story addition with a condition to remove a front window, and gave conceptual approval (return for materials/details) to a banquet-hall façade update.
