Clatsop County Planning Commission reviewed the quarterly work plan and project reports, heard updates on the comprehensive plan completion and Transportation System Plan funding, was briefed on several county initiatives (fairgrounds strategic plan, housing assistance grant, FEMA risk‑map litigation), and discussed a conditional use permit for the Nest Bakery that drew more than 60 public comments about parking and traffic.
