Cunningham Township electorate met April 14, 2026, approved minutes and public-input rules, elected a moderator, heard extended public comment on a petition to place a nonbinding advisory referendum about Illinois anti‑BDS pension law on the November ballot, received an annual programs and budget presentation from township staff, approved a resolution delegating property transaction authority to the township board, and voted 62–11 (4 void) to place the advisory question on the Nov. 3, 2026 ballot.
