The Willard Planning Commission approved the subdivision improvement plan and recommended preliminary approval for the Mountain Bay (Mountain View) subdivision and moved to recommend the city adopt a draft economic development strategic plan. Commissioners also discussed an expired conditional-use permit and public safety concerns after a crowded event at the Palmer Barn.
