Whatcom County Pretrial Processes Work Group reviewed a recent validation of the Public Safety Assessment (PSA), heard three recommendations from the validator, discussed constraints from a Washington judicial ethics advisory opinion (18-04) that limits adding a pre-court contextual intake, and considered redesigning the local release conditions matrix (RCM) with stakeholders.
