Chair Rich called the April 15 School Building Committee meeting to order and announced the agenda, opening with a review of cost estimates and design topics to be discussed.
At its April 15 meeting, the Town of Millis School Building Committee reviewed design-development cost estimates for the high school renovation/addition, concluded the project remains within the current budget, and voted to authorize the OPM to submit the 30% design development package to the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA). Committee members asked the design team to return samples and pricing options for a possible full-floor replacement versus a piecemeal approach.
