A county work session discussed a proposal from John and Kathy Rasheed to buy a narrow strip of county land adjacent to the public health building for a 20-unit townhouse project; county staff flagged zoning, sanitary-sewer easements, stormwater runoff and access issues and advised the applicants to consult the City of Burlington and engineers before returning to the county.
