The Henrico County school board approved the adopted FY2027 annual financial plan, including an across-the-board 3% raise for returning staff funded in part by a $22.9 million general-fund reduction; the board also reviewed several employee leave policies and debated whether paid parental (bonding) leave should be continuous or intermittent.
