The Granite Falls City Council met May 1, 2024. Council approved the consent agenda including updated claims, heard staff reports and Public Works project updates (including a school impact fee study proposing about $7,000 per house effective Jan. 2025), deferred action on a fire-investigation interlocal agreement amendment, and approved up to $17,000 for an artistic carving of a tree stump behind the police station.
