At a reorganization meeting of the Asbury Park City Council, Amy Quinn was nominated, confirmed and sworn in as deputy mayor; the council approved a large slate of routine appointments, professional services contracts and committee rosters; and issued proclamations honoring Reverend David J. Perott Jr. and Russell Lewis.
