The Danville Board of Zoning Appeals on April 19 reviewed and approved two use-variance requests: a variance to allow a small flower-and-gift shop (Pedals on the Porch) at 696 West Main Street with limits on hours, employees and conditions; and a variance to allow an international food market at 150 West Clinton Street, approved as limited to the petitioner. Both approvals included conditions and recorded commitments.
