The Lucas City Council met Dec. 18, 2025. Council approved a Raftelis water and wastewater rate study and directed staff to prepare an ordinance and schedule a public hearing in early February; council also discussed an interlocal agreement with the city of Parker to rehabilitate Lewis Lane, directed councilmembers to negotiate boundaries and cost-sharing, and made several board appointments.
