A youth-panel discussion at the ECOSOC Youth Forum, recorded in the SDG Media Zone at United Nations Headquarters, focused on how climate change is reshaping daily life for young Africans and on strategies to protect water resources. Panelists — members of the UN Secretary-General’s Youth Advisory Group on Climate Change and youth leaders from the diaspora — urged youth-led, locally tailored solutions and investments in water, sanitation and climate adaptation.
