Fergus Falls City Council met Nov. 3 for a regular meeting. Council approved a $25,000 economic development loan to a new pediatric occupational-therapy business and voted to pay $1.53 million in claims. The meeting included public comment about the Glacier Edge Trail railroad crossings, a student group visit, veterans-day walk announcements and a pilot 4-way stop test downtown.
