Webster Groves Old Orchard business district committee heard a presentation from the Webster Groves Community Land Trust about creating permanently affordable homeownership, and approved event and marketing funding for Old Orchard in Bloom along with small sponsorship and facade grant approvals. Committee members also discussed parking, recycling, rooftop lighting and the Big Bend resurfacing update.
