On May 12 the House Energy and Digital Infrastructure committee debated whether to include the words “electric” and “emissions reduction” in the charge of a joint carbon emissions reduction committee, held a straw poll that divided the panel, agreed to draft a letter to the Speaker, and scheduled follow-ups on a data center bill and a planned vote tomorrow on Burlington Electric and town energy plans (bill 26078).
