The Hempfield Area School District board approved a multi-part synthetic turf field project (design, turf purchase, installation) with split 7–2 votes on key contracts, approved a request for up to $5 million in state school facility grant funding for an HVAC project, accepted audited financials and other routine business, and voted unanimously to expel one student for the remainder of the 2025–26 school year.
