On April 14 the Municipal Complex Building Committee debated two schematic plans from its design consultant, discussed outstanding invoices and budget overruns, and voted to recommend the Select Board approve $4,000 so the consultant can produce two conceptual designs and construction cost estimates; the committee also chose conceptual design #2 as the basis to be priced.
