At its April 16 meeting the Des Moines City Planning and Zoning Commission moved its single consent-agenda item, which included a rezoning request from Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church for property at 3024 52nd Street to change the future land-use designation and rezoning to allow outdoor accessory uses. The commission handled the item on consent and noted the City Council will hold the public hearing and make the final decision.
