The Medford City Committee of the Whole met Jan. 12, 2026, and recommended council approval for a plan allowing a local high school to build homes on privately purchased lots with reimbursement after construction, accepted a donated parcel south of Grahl Park, authorized hiring an engineering firm to pursue a wastewater Innovation Grant with neighboring Stetsonville, and approved an amendment to the pool rental agreement.
