The Glynn County Mainland Planning Commission on April 14 recommended approval of a 9,100-square-foot Dollar General at 124 Crossway Road after the developer agreed to design and buffering conditions amid resident objections; the commission also approved a bank site plan, a 32,000-sq-ft liquor store site plan (5-1), and two rezonings including a medical-district rezone for assisted-living/nursing facilities.
