The San Diego City Council met Oct. 29, 2024. The council approved consent and proclamation items, authorized an up-to-$8 million SRF loan for a lead service line inventory, extended a letter-of-credit for the water utility commercial paper program, approved a $700,000 settlement with the county air pollution control district, and adopted Coastal Commission modifications for the Belamar Apartments project allowing the project to proceed.
